Welcome to Illinois Sleep Counseling. We provide cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) and other services to help people get better sleep.

If you’re experiencing chronic insomnia, a circadian rhythm disorder, nightmares, CPAP adherence issues, or other sleep-related problems, we’ll work with you to develop and implement a treatment plan to get you the sleep you need.
